My cousins baby Trinity, born 16 weeks early, prayers needed

My cousin Kristen had her baby Trinity 16 weeks early. The photos speak for themselves as to how tiny she is. My mom said she has already had two surgeries for holes in her intestines but she just keeps staying alive.... prayers are needed for this little fighter, each day she stays alive the more likely she will survive
