Oliver
Hello, just thought I'd introduce myself since I'm new to the forum. My husband and I adopted Oliver about 2 years ago from a friend of a friend who could no longer care for him. He's 4 years old, and our first English Bulldog. We love him probably a little too much. I found English Bulldog News because it comes up whenever I google something - anything - about English Bulldogs. I decided to join because the best answers I've found outside of the vets office have been here, from other bully owners.

Here are some photos of Oliver:

As you can see, he loves to snuggle and is one of the most active bulldogs I've met. We live in Florida, so we've taken to playing "chase the ball" (not fetch because he only likes chasing it, not catching or bringing it back) in the hallway to burn off energy when it's too hot outside.

We're moving to Tacoma, WA this summer, and we're hoping with the cooler weather up there he'll be able to play outside more year-round.

He is so cute!!!! My guy likes to play "chase the ball" too!!! So funny! Oliver just has the sweetest face!!!

Welcome and bless you for taking him in and giving him a loving fur-ever home. He is a handsome bully. Your avatar reminds me of one of our pup Gema. Here is her pic.

Oliver is beautiful!! Where in this world is it wrong to love your baby a little too much?!? Lol- I'm sure most of us share the same sentiment!
My lockjaw is also a very active EB! He also shares a love of "chase the ball". Lol

:smileywelcome: I am glad you joined us! I have had several dogs who wouldn't bring the ball back. And 3 who wouldn't even chase it. I think they thought "I brought it back once and you threw it away again. Guess you don't want it." We had to find other ways to play!

Welcome to EBN. Oliver you are Handsome, you have that Precious tongue hanging out that is too cute. :meeting::hiii:
