Greetings everyone,
My name is Nestor and this little loaf of bread with legs is my new baby bulldog puppy named Chunks. I've only had him for a few days and I love it. He is 7 weeks old and he's the first bulldog I've ever owned. Took him to his first vet visit yesterday and the vet said he's a healthy little guy so I'm happy for that. The only issue that I've had is that he hates his crate! He barks, snarls, and cries when I first put him in there. But from reading posts from this site, it seems that's pretty common at first. We are from Northern Virginia.

He is absolutely adorable! Ruckus would love to meet him. It's hard when they cry in their crates. He's so young he really is just a baby. When I first got Ruckus I didn't crate him, but I was lucky that I was working from home at the time and never left him. I always had his crate set up and he would go in there and nap from time to time, but once he was a home for a month and more comfortable I crate trained him little by little and now he had no problem with it. Although we have his crate put away in a closet somewhere, he has free roam and sleeps in the bedroom with us.

I can't take the cuteness. His nails look a little long, might just be the picture, but you don't want to let them curl under. Puppy nails are easy to clip.
