Oh my gosh… I'm so sorry you got bit!!! Do they have a limit as to how many dogs they allow in the park?!! I know on Saturdays our doggie park is OUT of control w/dogs… it's really hard to keep them under control. I can understand you wanting to go back, it sounds like Ruckus has a lot of fun there...
You have GOT to be kidding me!!! They already released his dog?!! AND he's allowed to go back to the park?!! WHY would he be allowed to go back?!! Gosh I'm so sorry… this is so unfair to you and Ruckus.
I'm glad to hear that it's healing, did you try the coconut oil? I use Aquaphor on my boxer's nose… it's like vaseline, but heals better. You may be able to use that on him as well. I feel so bad for Ruckus, maybe you could go to the park if only a couple of dogs are there… such a shame that he is the one that suffers because of that jerk
People are completely CRAZY these days… I really hope that he doesn't bother you again, ALL of this is his fault in the first place. Of course now poor Ruckus won't feel safe going to the dog park I would try the coconut oil, it can't hurt… I give it to my dogs orally every day. Or try vitamin E tabs… you just break the tabs and smooth the oil on.
OMG… are you kidding me?!! He went to your HOUSE?!! I know that you said you were an attorney so you probably already know this, but I HOPE that you called the police and let them know he showed up at your home. WTH is wrong w/people?!! I can almost BET you this has happened to him before… God I'm so sorry… I was born/raised in Arlington, VA so I'm familiar w/the area. Most people are nice/normal, but then of course you find the wackos… I'm wondering if you can put coconut oil on Ruckus to keep the area moist to minimize any scarring?!!
