I just wanted everyone to see this. It made my day today. So many sad stories of these bullies who never get adopted.it was nice to read this...Mickey has been waiting for a home since Dec 2012 and was finally adopted!!!

Mickey came into rescue as a lost soul on Dec. 31, 2012. Not many folks were interested in adopting this senior. That is, until Susan came along. She liked Mickey's photos right away. She wanted to open her home to an older Bulldog, so he could live out his final years in complete comfort, while knowing true love. In addition to his new mom, Mickey has two, four-legged sisters, a 4-year-old Bulldog named Punk (or Punkin) and a 4-year-old small fluffy mix named Missy. Punk was determined to get Mickey to play today, so it looks like Mickey may get more exercise in his new home. Congratulations, Mickey. It's been a long time coming, but I think your new family was completely worth the wait!
