Allergies, I don’t know what to do anymore

So I used the Nustock on his wrinkles, I applied it three times every 3 days, I have attached a pic of what it looks like now. He was also finishing a dose of ketoconazole at the time as well, so I’m not sure which one helped. It looks so much better all the hair inside the wrinkles have grown back and there is no more thick crusts peeling off. He has been eating a raw turkey diet for a couple weeks now and his itching has gone down a lot. However he had some upset stomach now. He has been throwing up bile for the past two days. He also seems to get an upset stomach only at night since starting raw, he will sit up in his bed and keep swallowing and licking.
So glad to hear Rico is doing better! It has been my Experience that Vomiting Bile, along with Swallowing and Licking can be a Sign of Doggie Acid Reflux... but the experts might have more insight @oscarmayer @2BullyMama @helsonwheels

Try feeding 3 smaller meals per day and see if that helps...the last meal right before bedtime. Otherwise, Pepcid may be in order as it seems he's overproducing acid. It could be the turkey you are feeding but if his itching is subsiding, I'd keep feeding it and address the symptom. Once he's all healed up, then you can experiment a little with alternative proteins. He does look way better in a short 4 weeks. Bost his immune system with fresh(refrigerated) sauerkraut. He'll love it!

You mentioned “only at night since starting raw, he will sit up in his bed and keep swallowing and lickin”

Jake does that only after his supper. Like regurgitating n trying to keep his food down. Last about 3mins. No vomit/bile. Jake inhales his food. Why he has a slow feeder as a bowl. All 3 dogs gets an apple split in 3 as a morning snack, then beef strips as a noon snack n no issues. Chip is right, split the main meal into 3 portions, see how that goes n don’t remove the turkey if his itching has gone down. Slowly the meds will leave the body n if the itching still going it’s not the turkey. If you remove, change, add etc, it will confuse you n you’ll end up starting over. You know the itching has gone down, so wait n monitor the next couple weeks.

Btw, Compared them 2 photos, what a difference in his face. Nice!

And yes NuStock regrows hair.

So I have split his meals into 3 portions and give him one before bed but it hasn’t changed. He is up every night licking, swallowing and drooling. This morning it was so bad he was shivering while drooling. This only happens to him while eating raw. In the past when we tried raw he would actually vomit it all up every night so we stopped. I feel so bad for him. I don’t want to keep giving him meds. I’m afraid to go back to kibble and his itching gets worse becaUse I have seen some improvement there, tho he will still try to scratch, it isn’t half as often as before. I just don’t want to keep giving him raw if now his tummy is going to be upset every night when it wasn’t on kibble. Poor thing doesn’t get a good sleep. He is playful and his happy self in the day so I don’t think he is sick or has pancreatitis, I had a pug before who had that and Rico isn’t showing any of those signs. I’m so frustrated and tired. What is left for me to do? Giving him reflux meds just to keep him on raw, I don’t want to do that.

When he was on kibbles, did you do a transition? Usually you don’t need to when it’s going straight to raw but you dog might have a sensitive digestion. Have you tried organic BONE broth? That will cure a lot of organs, stomach lining, ulcers, fatty tissues etc.

Also another thing to consider is cook meals.
