Drama w/Trupanion... AGAIN!!!

I can't even believe I'm writing this…

I cancelled my Trupanion account in January, and this was after my second appeal w/Winston was denied… I got the weirdest phone call on my machine, that Trupanion wanted to talk to me about renewing my membership I just ignored it because I thought maybe this is a computer generated message to anyone that leaves Trupanion. THEN I find in my junk e-mail that my credit card had denied payment to Trupanion?!! So I go into my bank account online… Trupanion is STILL charging me for pet insurance, and has for the last 3 MONTHS!!! So I call them (and I'm pissed ) the lady is very RUDE on the phone and says "Ma'am you don't have an account w/Trupanion anymore" and I was like "REALLY… then why are you still CHARGING ME FOR IT?!!!". Then of course the conversation changes to…"Oh I'm so sorry, and we just printed a check that will go out tonight… blah, blah, BLAH!!! I don't get it… yeah I should of checked my credit card statement more carefully, but if the account is closed then why are they still charging me?!!

Sorry I just had to vent… RANT over!!! LMAO I just want this nightmare to be over, is that too damn much to ask?!!

Really???!!! that is totally UNACCEPTABLE!! I'm so pissed for you, Tracey, and I have Trupanion!! geez, they just raised Tate's premium too. But they've paid a lot of the boys' past surgeries and treatments (fortunately), so i'm still sticking with them but feeling very ambivalent right now after hearing the hellish way they've treated you. What idiots!!

But they've paid a lot of the boys' past surgeries and treatments (fortunately), so i'm still sticking with them but feeling very ambivalent right now after hearing the hellish way they've treated you. What idiots!!

Did they raise his rates because of the surgeries? I would stay w/them Henny… my problem is that I should of signed my babies up for it the day that we got them My stupid mistake...

OMG, You better call your credit card co., and your bank and tell them not to let Trupanion charge anything. They are even worse than you thought! I am having trouble with a mail away pharm. that says I didn't pay, when the check has already come through! Now I have to get a copy, fax, etc. What do these companies do hiring morons only? Sorry that your's is the NEVERENDING story. Name change: SCREWPANION.

Wow. That sucks Tracey. Companies do that as they know it will most likely be at least a moth or two before people notice. We had that happen long ago with AOL where I cancelled and they continued to charge me for almost 2 years before I caught it and because I got rid of my cancellation number they wouldn't refund any of the charges which I thought was crap. Just proves you have to be on top of thses idiots because they don't care about you at all.

I plan on doing that Lynn… so stupid that I have to spend SO much time on this crap!!! I just want to move on… I think the biggest problem is that everything is computer generated and NOBODY checks to see the status of people who have cancelled… so frustrating!!!

I like the name SCREWPANION… LOL Maybe I should add that one to my reviews online…

I got this email that my rate would increase and i immediately thought it was b/c of Finn's recent surgeries but turned out it was Tate's plan that incr'd and i haven't made a claim for Tate in a long time, so that surprised me. It just seemed so "random"!
