Didn't get the news I wanted

The vet wanted to keep Griz overnight, and do surgery in the morning, he doesn't like the growth on his neck behind his ear. We are worried about the rate of growth in the last two weeks it grew into the size of quarter and three times as thick as it was. He needs to send it to a lab. It doesn't look good.
When i told him I was going to neuter him too, he decided to do the surgery next Tuesday morning.
Which means I have to wait and the damn thing is going to get bigger. Now I'm worried.

He'll be fine....he may have a funny hole in his neck for a time ....but that will heal over and he'll be good as gold. Listen, if I showed you my left boob, you'd be inspired. They took the cancer out - giant margins - and I'm basically lopsided. ha ha Better than the alternative! Griz is gonna be ok.
