I started my EBD on raw food on Sunday. The person that helped me at the co-op I got it from suggested I start with rabbit since he has been experiencing bad allergies. He asked me if he had yeast and I said I wasn’t sure but I am now realizing he does. He has yeast/candida in his folds. How can I get rid of it? It’s white/yellowish. Or should I wait for his new diet to kick in and clear him up?

Castor uses chlorehexidine, either in the form of Duoxo wipes or just _diluted_ chlorehexidine on a cotton pad. The Duoxo wipes are 3% chlorehexidine so that is what to aim for - check with your pharmacy or vet.

You never wait for a new diet. Folds n rope needs to be cleaned daily even on a raw diet. A 100% Raw diet will clear out tear stains. But if he has yeast now you need to clean it 2x a day till it goes way. Dryness is the key. cefe13 gave you great advice for cleaning. Keep us posted :)

Agree with the ladies... daily cleaning of folds is needed

Agree. I am sure to clean and dry all the folds and crevices every night before bed. Important to keep bacteria at bay
