Santa Paws

Last weekend we took Dually and Gunner to see Santa Paws. We needed to get the boys out of the house since they have been in mourning since we lost our sweet Daisy May last week, especially Dually. Not sure it helped but they did enjoy the car ride!! (Not the best looking santa but at least I got pictures) haha

I'm so sorry to hear about Daisy Mae. Seeing a pic of Dually makes it Christmas for me now, I love that guy!! Gunner looks great!

Sorry to hear about your Daisy Mae. The kids look great in the photo. Santa needed a beard touch up, but I don't think the doggies noticed! The dogs are beautiful!

Thank you everyone!! I really have been slacking with the pictures. Gunner is about 6 months old and we got him over the summer in hopes that he and Dually would bond because we knew Daisy didn't have much time left. She had congestive heart failure with syncope episodes and was 11-1/2. Dually was so bonded to Daisy he wouldn't even go outside to potty without her. Our plan failed and although Gunner is very fond of Dually, Dually is not so fond of Gunner. However, I do think he has helped Dually through the mourning process.

No Daisy was a Brindle Boxer 11-1/2 years old. This is how they always slept!!

Oh what sweet pictures. I hope Dually will bond with Gunner. I'm sure he's still grieving. I'm so sorry for your loss.
