Help Needed! My puppy is limping

Good evening to all.
I would like your help if someone had a similar experience with his dog because I'm very nervous.
We have a 5-month English bulldog, Kyla. She started two weeks ago just to limp on her right front leg usually when she got up from the sleeping and generally after resting. Generally, she shows she has a lot of energy and plays all the time. We went to our vet and he looked at her and said that she did not seem to have anything.and finally he gave us her a medicine loxitan for five days and suggested rest. We did the treatment but kyla had a small improvement. After a week we went back and gave us 10 pils as supplement for her bones.yesterday,kyla couldn't get up with her both front legs.
She is a very good doctor and we trust him, but I think we better go to an orthopedic. He told us she is too young to have a dysplasia. Even if we go for tests for dysplasia, the tsests will still show nothing.
Sorry for this long text but it is our first dog and we are terrified .

My brindle limped for a week n no one can find anything. One day I took a led light n we looked deeply into her back paw pad. We found very minuscule white specks. Infection. Cleaned it up with an essential oil mix. Took a couple days n it was gone. I don’t know what yours has but did you check deeply inside all paws n pads?

Seems some are very stoic about pain and some are not! Check very well like helsonwheels suggested first, but then, i also remember twice in Hanks first year, we went in for a limp (of which he didnt do at the office because he was so excited he forgot he hurt) but both *seem* somewhat typical of growing pains??? the not getting up sounds worrysome though. Im sure you'll get more answers.

yesterday,kyla couldn't get up with her both front legs.
She is a very good doctor and we trust him, but I think we better go to an orthopedic.

This is troubling, very troubling. If your bulldog cannot get up on both front legs something serious is going on. IF your Vet did NOT recommend that you see a specialist after being made aware of this then you should find another Vet. Your thinking is correct...see an orthopedic specialist right away.

Thank you all for your reply.I check her paws meticulously and I didn't found anything.But I have it always in my mind and check them often.Hopefully,the next day kyla was better and could stand up.She was limping a little bit only in her right front leg.I stopped take her for walk these days and I saw improvement.This friday we have an appointment with an orthopedic physician.I hope the news will be good.I don't want to have problems with dysplasia.

She’s kind of young for dysplasia but you never know nowadays. Good thinking on your part to eliminate the walks. Please keep us posted.

I would like to ask you your opinion about the right weight for a bulldo as you all have a big experience wirthth your dosgs.Kyla is 5 months and few day and she weights 15kg(33lbs).our vet said as that she is ok and it is no need to lose weight.I am afraid that her weight can be a factor for her limp.
I am looking forward for our appoitment with the doctor.

Can you post a picture of her from above? Want to see her waist... normally at her she I would not worry about weight due to all the growing going on.

Don’t worry about the weight..just a puppy.
Also..what does Kyla eat, how much per day n what’s her snacks?

We feed her with Acana food for puppies and we add salmon oil once a day.She eats 100gr -3 times per day.Also we give her orijen treats with lamb- 5/6 pieces per day as a reward.but you stop the treats for a week now because we are worried for her weight.
