Bulldog ears

My 3yr old bulldog Romeo has had this ears that stick straight up seen about 6 months old is this normal for this breed I know his grandparents and mother and father and they were full blood without these ears I have no idea how this happen any suggestions or advice

Yes sometimes the ears can stand almost straight up with little tips, these are referred to as "tulip ears" instead of "rose ears".

I do not think there is anything to make them rose, and actually they give your bulldog character, in my opinion, and unless you are planning on going in the show ring I would not worry about it. Yes it can happen in any litter, even with all parents and grandparents having perfect rose ears.

My first bully had tulip ears. My second and third had nice rose ears. Now Winnie has one that's rose and one floppy! Go figure--but it makes her unique!
 
I love the look, my girl has rose bud ears however I just think it looks adorable on your boy.
 
Brutus started with beautiful rose ears and then...FLOP! Frankie has rose ears. I love any kind of ears, and Romeos are perfect! He is adorable.
