Aww Congratulations on your new baby. Lexi is beautiful. I hope Levi and Lexi become the best of friends.
We also have girl and boy siblings/litter mates. Their names are Bulldozer and Blossom and they are almost 3 years old.
Having two isn't anymore work than having one, only the potty training is a little more work, but once they are trained, they are good company for each other. Enjoy.
