Who can or can't post pictures?

If I try to post a pic it won't and it freezes my computer.That is all I have. Other sites work

@Petra it worked for me once too. but that's it, only one time.

Haha... Yeah, it worked for me once here, and it worked for me on Lisa's pic test site. But... eh... no worries. It's Friday, TGIF!
