...with a newly opened 26-lb bag of Fromm Chicken & Veg? I mistakenly bought it thinking it was grain-free, fed Frank on it for a week, then realized my mistake when his tear stains came back with a vengeance and he had 4 days of runny poo. :(

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do with the food? I hate to have it go to waste, but I don't know anyone who gives it to their dog.

Are they able to take opened bags? That was my first thought, then assumed they probably wouldn't be able to due to liability. I will call my local ones and see what their policies are.

I would ck with them, they may be willing to take it. The poo will get better, it is because of the quick change, but get the grain-free.

You know..I'm not sure. I did think of another option. We have a local food bank here that also accepts pet food donations. Maybe they will take it!

Call the company.... I think they have a return policy if your dog doesn't do well.

FROMM does have a return policy, take it back to the store you bought it from and they should exchange it for you. Our store does.
