Hi I'm Lucy! I was surrendered to CEBR by a nice lady that got me out of a very bad situation. I would love to find a forever home that has other dogs to play with and a family who is understanding of my medical needs. I'm heading to the vet this week to find out exactly what is going on, but I can tell you I do not have good vision and will need ongoing care as I age. Stay tuned for more updates soon!
