Our English bulldog chopper is 7 months we took him to the vet and they did a urinalysis on him because we told them he pees in his sleep every night and he’s potty trained other than that and the test said he had a high ph which was weird because there was no blood or no infection showing up they said it might be a deformed kidney or kidney disease but they gave him medicine to treat a infection just Incase something isn’t showing up. Has anyone had anything similar to this happen or know why he has such high ph

PH should be between 5.5 and 7. Do you know what his was? Getting him to drink more is a good idea. You can get some low sodium broth, and add to his food, or give him a good canned food, and add water to it. He may have a bladder infection, or developing stones in the bladder. Trying the antibiotic is a good first step. Hope it solves the problem. Also :welcome3:to you and Chopper-I remember Chopper from cartoons!

My goodness he is gorgeous!!

I have no insight but wanted to welcome you
