Guys, it was nothing major.. After all my begging and threatening I hadn't heard from him for a few days so I was already to go to court. I started texting him just bullshitting, why? I couldn't tell you. But all of the sudden he's like, oh I'm getting Daisy tonight. Do you want to come get her? I was in shock! And of course I said yes. She seems healthy 
And she was excited to see me. I thought she would be a little more, but she was probably a little angry that I haven't been around for a while.
But all is well now. Thanks for all your help!
