A nice dose of winter came in the form od 7" of snow...powdery snow...

Pippy and Lala love the powdery snow. Lala always runs wide open in the snow...just like Pippy used to a few years ago. She had a few crashes but that didn't slow her down one bit. I took about 400 pics and here's a sample.

It was a fun day...can't wait for the next storm...maybe we'll get 2 feet! NOT!

So much snow!!! Great pictures! They're really loving it! I hope we get a a few snows this year in DC where we have more than just a few inches, mine love snow too! I love the few pictures of her face planting into the snow, she didn't seem to mind!

Thanks for the kinds words, EBNers. Seriously, most of these shots are just blind luck. Dalton and Sandy throw the balls and frisbee and I just point and shoot. The hard part is downloading and sifting through hundreds of shots to get the good ones. I still have a very nice film camera but have little interest in using it. Digital has made me lazy in one regard but eager to learn in others...like post processing.
