2 weeks until puppy arrives!

Hi everyone, for those that didn’t know we lost our gorgeous big bully Dudley suddenly last November and miss him unbelievably still and always will.

We we’re always going to get another bully but originally thought we would leave it longer BUT we can’t live without a bully in our house and family so we began looking for another one.

Which brings us to the beautiful little boy you can see here, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity when he became available, his mum and dad are both completely health checked and his dad is a show champion, been a bit odd buying a dog we haven’t been able to meet due to covid but we have had many zoom updates and photos from the breeder.

We are both still fighting the feelings of guilt and disloyalty that we all go through when getting a new dog but it is getting easier and we know that it will be ok in time.

So say hello to “Wesley” :D named after our friends bulldog who we dog sat for 18 years ago while we were on holiday in Florida and why we fell in love with the breed, obviously its also half Dudleys name too :D

Thanks Theresa, we know everything will be ok as soon as he arrives, just weird how all the different thoughts go through your head when you are mourning. Thats when we feel guilty about looking forward to our new boy but we know it will pass.

What a lovely little boy and I am sure Dudley is looking on with approval! He is not replacing, just filling a bit of that hole in your heart that Dudley left. Can't wait to see more pictures as he grows up.

Wesley is just perfect! Losing a loved one is so hard and He will bring y’all so much comfort . Nothing at all to be guilty about. Your situation is the same reason I ended up with my Cinder... and she’s so special in a way all of her own. I am excited to see Wesley grow too. I love the giant nose rope!
