Just got off the phone w/the vet…
Roxie's blood work came back the same… NO changes!!! Her liver and cholesterol were slightly elevated which was expected because of the cushings and thyroid issues. So now that we are seeing SOME slight improvement w/her cushings symptoms she wants to focus on getting her thyroid under control. We are putting her back on her thyroid meds at a very low dose… hopefully the combination of the two will help her start to feel better!!!

I can NOT THANK YOU guys enough for all the support!!! It has been a roller-coaster ride lately w/my baby girl, and I'm beyond grateful that I have you guys here to support me!!! :heartsign:

 so happy she has a an to get Roxie feeling better

Good news! I'm sure she'll get much better, cause you're caring for her.

Wonderful news!! When will they check her levels again?

She wants me to update her on her symptoms… thyroid meds can take awhile before you notice any changes. I would say at least several weeks, maybe a month...

Aww that is great news Tracey, I'm glad she's showing some signs of improvement. I hope the thyroid medication makes her feel better. Please continue to keep us posted on how Roxie is doing. Sending love, hugs and prayers for your baby.

Great news, now hopefully the thyroid can get under control. I have an underactive thryoid so I know it is a big game of adjusting meds all the time. Dont get discouraged.

Tracey that is wonderful news, now lets hope she gets some relief with the Thyroid meds.
