I just thought I would start a list of what has and has not lasted for my bulldog. Please feel free to chime in. My bulldog is a chewer, but not necessarily destructive all the time. If the toy dispenses food, he doesn't usually chew on it.

Still Going:
-Kong Goodie Bone
-Planet Dog Orbee-Tuff Fetch (minus rope and Fetch word)
-Jolly Ball (Push N Play)
-Jolly Egg

Destroyed:
-West Paw Tux
-Hartz DuraPlay Ball/Bone - lasted months though and I will buy again with monitored supervision
-Tennis Balls
-Soccer Ball

Hard bones, some rubber kong toys and Jolly Ball have lasted. The Jolly Ball with the rope is a favorite but the rope has been trashed

Any stuffed animal, cheap tennis balls, ropes, blankets are destroyed within hours

Still Going:
-Nylabone Gaileo
-antlers
-fleece 'rope' with or with a tennis ball from ComfyPetPads (Etsy shop)
-marrow bones (reuse by stuffing with peanut butter and freezing)
-rubber spike ball from Petco
-Kong orange SQUEAK tennis balls... individual ball will last a few weeks, then need replacing
-'carcasses' -- what is left of a 'stuffie' after it was killed in 5 minutes :D

Destroyed:
-stuffies
-cheap tennis balls

FTSE destroys footballs
Some Kong toys

Has still
Nerd football this one is strong
Kong football with tennis ball inside
Soft flex best ball
Stuffie's never destroys these

These days, Castor is quite a careful chewer, but as a pup he severely beat up this really cute little panda toy he got from our friends. Castor loved it but when he had eaten up the nose, I had to take the panda away from him... I put the poor stuffed animal in the washing machine, mended it a bit and then sent these before and after pics to our friends.

Here's our list...

Still going strong…
Anything KONG… balls, stuffies w/the hard core center, plastic bones w/rope pulls.
Chuck-it toys… tire, soft balls are great for the indoors.
Antlers
Varsity ball

Destroyed…
MOST stuffies, they will be destroyed within hours.
Plastic frisbees
Soccer balls

If your dog likes stuffies, this one has lasted since Christmas! We have the reindeer… Lol

This thing has proven itself indestructible for our Diesel. He LOVES it and drags it indoor/outdoor. It's soft enough not to damage anything that it hits but somehow impervious to his destructive chewing. After 6 months, I can't see any damage to either of the 2 we bought so i'm happy to know he isn't digesting anything from it. Most days he chews it without any treats in it, every once in a while if he's extra cute we will throw one of the starmark disk-like treats in it and it will last anywhere from 1-24 hours before he gets through it. We only buy the wheat/corn/soy free treat inserts for it. It also has an inside pocket that you can toss some small treats/kibble in. BEST TOY EVER! The large toy is what you'll want for an EB.
