Is it wrong that I'd rather spend the night home with my bullies than out with the girls?

Is it bad parenting that Nigel or Karly chewed up the arm on my recliner and I wasn't even mad? I had to show them that doing that was a big no-no but deep down I really wasn't that angry.

I just can't get mad at those precious faces.

I'll do you one better. Today I had to go to a birthday bbq. I wanted to stay home with Abby (she's having one of her spunky days and I didn't want to miss it) So I took her to the party!! :D Everybody loved her of course. And she ate her weight in watermelon and cucumbers and pasta salad lol

I don't like to be away more than two hours from my babies. That's just enough time to go to a movie once in a while and I always choose the last movie of the evening when they're already asleep. That way I don't feel "as" guilty of taking some "me" time.
