Ophelia was surrendered by a puppy mill. She appears to not like other female dogs but in a foster home with 5 foster brothers, doesn't skip a beat. She is a sweet girl who wants you to love her. She must wait 6 weeks before she can be spayed due to a botched C-section in which she lost all her puppies. She will be available after March 15th.
