They are renters...They did tell us that they signed a year lease with the bank. So I do have the option of going to the bank..or renters insurance.

Poor O!! I can't wait for this to all be over, so I can't even imagine what your feeling.

I would be surprised if the bank would lease a property without requiring renters insurance. I hope you get it all worked out financially!

. So I do have the option of going to the bank..or renters insurance. Also the town has a "no tolerance" clause. So...I have options. I'm just a weinie and haven't figured out how to play them out.

You are in a tough situation. I'm sorry you have to deal with this on top of poor baby O's injuries. Maybe you could try just politely talking with them. Maybe with your husband present. Maybe they just don't know how to approach you?
