Yesterday we celebrated Wallygator's 7th Birthday!!! He got new toys, doggie ice cream... but frankly, for some reason this year his favorite "gift" was the bag
It was hysterical because we've never seen him react to the wrappings before... LMAO!!! AND yes I know that his left eye still looks awful... he has had a recheck on his eye, he has a small ulcer that has been taking it's time healing, and the WORST part is that his eye is weeping so it's causing an infection in that fold as well. I'm being very vigilant w/his eye ointment, antibiotics for the fold infection, and keeping his fold clean but it's been a nightmare this time... poor guy!!!
ON a more serious note... I would like to THANK those of you on this forum WHO have been w/us since we got Wallygator. Many of you are the reason that Wally has "thrived", and I don't take that lightly. In fact, most of the information that I have learned on this forum would have helped my boxer Roxie, and the other bulldogs that we have owned over the years. I have shared my lessons w/countless other "doggie/bully" parents and I hope that I have paid-it-forward in the way that many of you have helped me over the years
