Frankie got the cat :(

Frankie and boots dont get along and tonight Frankie jumped the 4ft kiddie gate and bolted upstairs to chase the cat. Well Frankie got is butt handed to him good. He never tried to bite her but I think was more curious as to what she is and what he is supposed to do with her. She swatted his butt and got his lip. Of course his lip bled like crazy but I cleaned it and it stopped bleeding in a decent amount of time. I do not think Mr. Frankie will be hopping any gates in the near future. I near had a stroke.

Aww poor Frankie. My old neighbours cat did that to Dozer when we first got him. My neighbour has two Siamese cats, and she walks them on a leash and Dozer tried to be friends with them, one of the cats swatted Dozer in the face and scratched his lip, he yelped and my neighbour laughed and said I guess he won't go up to them again. We just never went near her again.

Awww, poor Frankie, a hard lesson learned, glad it wasn't too bad

Aaron's currant gf stuck her new kitten (about 4/5 mos old) right in
Cami's face, it tore up her nose & cheek but thankfully missed her eyes.

Cami has a gentle soul and loves everything & everyone, the wounded
look in her eyes still brings tears to my eyes to recall it.

Poor Frankie. I hope he gets the message. We are STILL working with Brutus on chasing cats...his cats he's fine with, it's others he sees. he's just not getting it.

Glad he's okay, and didn't get seriously injured! Keep an eye on him and keep cleaning his wound, just to be safe. My husband had cat scratch fever once and it wasn't pretty.
