FOUND! English Bulldog in Oregon

This beautiful boy was found wandering the streets on 10/29 in the NE section of Portland, OR and assumed his owner would be easy to locate. Oddly enough that has not been the case. They took him to a nearby pet hospital and apparently he does not have a chip, so they registered him as a "found dog" with both the Oregon Humane Society and on Craig's List.

Wow..I always wonder how this can happen. I would be freaking out contacting every vet, hospital, rescue under the sun if one of mine got loose or ran away...
