Daily poll: Do you leave a tv, radio or something on during the day for your pup?

Paddywhack watches tv and barks at all the animals. If the animal leaves the screen she runs out the dog door looking for him. She does enjoy cooking shows though. But, no we don't leave the tv on because some commercials have animals and we're not sure how she would react without us there.

Yes, we have a channel called The Dog Channel, we leave it on when we go off.

It really depends… if we are going to be out all day I will leave something on. If we are only going to town I will turn everything off… I think what Wally enjoys the peace and quiet… Lol

We don't leave the TV on all day, but if we are going to be gone for only a little while we will leave it on, or if it is Hockey season we will leave the game on for the girls to watch while we go watch our Ducks play!!!

It may or may not make a difference but they are spoiled rotten so, yes, the TV is left on for them during the day

If I gone for a short time,I put the TV on, longer time I put the radio on. for some reason, I feel the radio is safer for longer periods of time....? I always worry about fire.
Some places we lived,we only had a wood stove,when I worked full time, I was a wreck all day,every day,in the winter!

We don't know if it matters, but we do it when we sneak out to dinner if Mabel is sleeping in front of the TV. Often when we get home she hasn't noticed we're gone!

The tv on - when we didn't he got stressed and made a mess of his crate. We found out quick with the TV on he was calmer not sure if he thinks the people talking are in the house or what but it helps
