Cecelia(CeCe)'s Story...
This beautiful little girl is safe and sound. Her first 3 years in life has been to have puppies. She is so very shy, but curious and loving. She has oily skin, perhaps a limp, her eyes are either dry or infected and she seems to have a minor breathing issue. She seems to be house-trained and loves her crate. Taking her to vet tomorrow for a full check up. We will have more on this sweetie later once she is vetted. Welcome to the good life Cecelia!
