Bless you for taking her in, both your bullies are beautiful. Like everyone said, once you change her food, she will feel much better. For NuVet, when you order it, here is the id code to put in 1101106

We picked Sophie up today and she has fit in quite well. Im assuming she is nervous because she isn't eating but Im sure that will change tomorrow. She makes the biggest mess Ive ever seen while drinking so Im trying to find ways to limit the river that she has flowing through the kitchen every time she gets a drink...lol

I have the water bowl on a placemat/rug and keep a towel next to the bowl..... Lambeau likes to take the water with him across the floor :stinkeye:

Both of your Bullies are Beautiful, Thank You for rescuing Sophie, and giving her a Great Home with Charlee.

Congratulations! Both girls are beautiful.

I took Sophee to our vet today and he said she definitely has skin issues but thought the grain free food would help a lot. She goes NUTS scratching her rear though and he noticed she had yeast and infection deep in her tail pocket. He suggested having her tail removed. Has anyone had such a surgery?

mo4xdamomma, Thank you so much for opening your home and heart to Sophee. I love reading/seeing stories like hers, because I am part of an English Bulldog rescue. Wish that I could help you with advice about the tail removal, but that is probably one of the only things that I have not had to deal with. I know it is pretty common, because I know of many bulldogs (10 plus) that have had it done that are part of Meetup groups that I am involved with. I hope everything goes well.

Sophee had surgery this morning and did fine. Last I heard she was waking up. It was more complicated than anticipated but went well.
