This is ubercute, but medically not a good sign - bulldogs should be able to lie like this, but shouldn’t be able to sit with their hind legs in this position, that means that his joints most probably have quite a high degree of hip displasia, and are a bit too loose and flexible, so you have to keep a close eye on him.
