Does Epoxy Flooring Hold Up Well with English Bulldogs?

Hello everyone.

My English Bulldog loves hanging out in the garage, and I'm thinking about installing epoxy flooring. For those who have it at home, how does it hold up with bulldogs? Does it become slippery when they run around, especially after coming in with wet paws?

Is it comfortable enough for them to lie on, or do you use rugs or mats?

I'm also wondering how easy it is to clean up drool, muddy paw prints, and the occasional accident. Has anyone noticed scratches from nails or any issues over time?

I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences before making the investment.

We did the DIY version, like $100 from Home Depot in our garage

It cleans up great but doesn’t last long at all, we’ve redone it twice, still chips after a few years. My advice get it done professionally… probably well worth the money.

Dogs are fine on it no slips or paw issues
