Scam going on now

I saw the information last night for how to report one. I can't find it right now. Will authorities get involved right away?

What is the scam? As far as I know the most you can do is post it here and on any complaint boards on the internet. You can also file a police report, but I am not sure what else you can do. I know that Bulldog Voice, LLC is a place to report importers, and there is also the breeder ratings, where you can rate a breeder.

it's amazing how many bulldog scams there is on the internet... pretty sickening...
