My boy’s nose

So I’ve got Levi’s food and weight heading in the right direction with y’all’s help, thank you so much. Now my next issue I’ve noticed is his nose. I use Bulldog Butter for his dryness but lately I’ve been noticing the roundness of his nose is not the same as a few weeks ago, there is an indentation going up center of his nose that has gotten a little deeper last few days not sure what is happening. Wasn’t concerned till I was putting on his nose dressing on today and saw it was a smidge wider, there is also an indentation about the size of a small pea Any ideas ?
