Penny Post-Op Update!

She's out of surgery and did great!!! Dr. D said it was a complete tear. I asked if he thought arthritis had set in at all- he said he didn't see or feel any signs of arthritis! He thinks that bc we did the surgery so soon after the complete tear, arthritis hadn't started to set in.
He does want to keep her until later tomorrow afternoon so it won't be until after 2 before I can pick her up. [emoji1328][emoji1328]

I'm so impressed! She walked right into the room where I was like she owned the place. Barely a limp and already putting some weight on that leg. Vet was shocked to say the least at how well she looks and is so soon after surgery!
