Last night I went with some friends to Painting with a Twist for a "Paint your Pet" class! Let me just say this.... it was SO hard!!!! But soooo fun. In the end, I love how Tyson turned out, looks just like him and I'll cherish it forever. Now I just gotta find a place for it to hang!

What a lovely painting and how wonderful to have a painting of Tyson that you made yourself! I actually saw an episode of Undercover Boss about Painting with a Twist recently! I very much like the idea of workshops that help you try things like that. I've ben to museum workshops with my son doing Christmas decorations etc but have never seen workshops like the one you attended here. Would be great fun although I would be nervous trying to paint Castor! Your painting is a great inspiration!

They trace the outline for you by pencil before you come in! Then you paint!
