Norton has a big smile on his face because he has fully recovered from a major trauma. Buddies Thru Bullies was contacted by a local shelter because they had a stray intake with possible hit by car injuries. The extent of the injuries were beyond what shelter veterinarians can provide; he needed a veterinary orthopedic surgeon because his jaw was fractured in several places. He had a painful injury that affected his ability to eat. Buddies Thru Bullies admitted him at a specialty hospital where he received surgery by a board certified surgeon who put plates in his jaw. There was a long recovery period as he healed but today he is 100% recovered! Norton is 3-4 years old, very high energy, and selective with his doggie friends. What else would put a smile on Norton’s face? A forever adopter is on his list to give him a great home!
