Louie was welcomed into the rescue as a shelter pull. He was dropped off in the overnight yard, and has several health issues. He does not have proper use of his back legs, and "hops", leans, and sometimes drags them to get along. He recently underwent surgery on his palate to help him breathe easier and not regurgitate his food. Please submit an application if you would like to have Louie consider adopting you!
