Happy 5th bday to my little man Mugsy yesterday. How sad it took the almost 3 year old to make me make him a cake. haha Had forgotten about it all then she mentioned the big birthday. haha Had to come up with something so I decided to make a cake for him. I have made the choc cake mix with pumpkin and it turns out like a brownie consistency. BUT the boys cant eat chocolate so thankfully I had a strawberry cake mix in there and thought, well lets see if it is awful or not. The boys would love it either way. Turns out the strawberry and pumpkin is realllllly good, cant even taste the pumpkin. So now I am going to mix my pumpkin with everything and come up with diff desserts for us. haha
