This was a reporter statement in reguard to Barabara Striesand's cloning of her dog(her 2 NEW dogs..)

The dog may look the same, but their individual soul, and their brain(personalities) are not the same-just my op.

If there was ever a dog I wanted to clone, it would have been Chumly but it would NOT have been Chumly. I loved him and he is gone. I now have Monty who, of course, is unique in his own way. I love him as much, just differently, if that makes sense. You cannot duplicate a pet.

Agree! My 'clone' would be Nitschke... he was such a fantastic bulldog, sweet, playful, loving and easy to take anywhere at all. But like you, I believe they look the same but would be a different personality.

Each of my babies have taught me so much in a different way and because of that I love them just as much but differently
