Sedation is different than being under anesthesia. Understandable to worry but Iām sure sheāll be in good hands.

I say be there on time and get it removed. Youāll be in and out in no time. This is a common procedure with minimal risk. Removal of the nail will save Bella from weeks of discomfort. Expect the nail to grow back in 3-4 months. GL!

Well I just got a call from the vet. They said that they had to mask her but she is doing fine. In my way tonpick her up in a few mins. They say sheāll have a bandaged foot for 24 to 48 hours. So no pool for her I guess... lol for a few days anyway.

I have no idea how she broke it. I am guessing probably one of her zoomies episodes! Lol
She is home and seems fine. Thinking I may get her one of those collars to make sure she doesnāt chew on the bandage.

She slept under my bed last night instead of in it. She ALWAYS sleeps with me.

Jax ALWAYS sleeps with me and a couple times he slept at the foot of the bed with his back to me. One time I even picked him up and moved him to me and he got up and went back to the foot. I canāt remember why he was mad but it hurt my feelings lol. They be be little jerks sometimes.

If I could have got her out form under the bed I would have picked her up. But the little bugger refused to come out. Lol
Oh how I missed her last night waking me up 10 times though.
-To go under the covers
-to get out from under the covers
-to stepping on my hair while she lays on my pillow between me and the head board
-to her pushing me with her feet while stretching
-or laying in between me and hubby

She is actually feeling a lot better this afternoon. Even playing a bit. I gave her the pain med only twice. Last night and this morning. Maybe Iāll give her one more dose tonight.
