Ok I want to THANK everyone who suggested we watch GOT… the hubby & I bought and watched all the seasons that were available (we are just waiting for season 4 to be released).

SPOILER ALERT...
The "Red Wedding" pushed me off the edge… OMG I want to kill Joffrey myself, and I already heard that this happens!!! And I have a serious crush on John Snow… so if he dies soon please don't tell me… Lol


Did anyone watch The Outlander last night on Starz?!! I watched it, and it seems really good so far...

I wish I would have known you were watching them. I could have shipped them to you. Lol. Season 4 is great but I am already a bit disappointed that an important character from the books isn't going to be in season 5. Heck they even left out a good one in season 4.

I was actually,going to suggest you contact Todd for season 4..I'm a casual watcher but I remember an old thread where todd said he read the books and bunkered down for GOT weekends...he knows it inside and out!

No I haven't… I know that you said they were REALLY good. I don't have a lot of time for reading unfortunately

HUGE, HUGE addict here...when Stuart died I bought the entire set of books
and read them all at once. There was so much tragedy and on such a large scale
it helped me cope with my life falling apart.

I never read Outlander but i am watching the show with my wife. So far I am not all that impressed.

I have the 2nd show on the DVR and haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Bummer… well let's face it, Games of Thrones is WAY better!!! Lol
