Yes, she does. I just got it done at a pet fair in September. I told her when we got it done that "Now you can never leave your mama (Insert Maniacal Laugh here)".

Remy and Oliver got it done by their breeders but Sebastian's was done by our vet. Apparently his breeder didn't feel it was necessary as she didn't think he would live long. Well, he's almost three, so

Yes, they do. I have to micro-chip my donkeys, so I also micro chip the dogs.

Harlea is. We had he don't at her 12 week check up. She is also registered with the pet alert service so if she ever does go missing a notice with her picture will go out to all vets, shelters and other members within 500 miles of me.

Mayhem has not been micro-chipped yet. We are waiting for the vet to get the newer technology that has GPS built in

Is there a tme frame on this? Because last I heard it was not in the works yet (but this was a while back)

Rocco is getting chipped on December 13 along with his neuter. But if a GPS one comes out he will be getting that too!

Not sure exactly. Mayhem's vet has been testing it on his personal dog first. They haven't told me a date that it will be available. I will ask the next time I go to the vet's office.
