Yep, every time. He may not always need one, but I've learned the hard way not to skip any.

Not every time she goes but she always gets a wipe down before she goes to bed so we make sure we get it really good.

I wipe their bums if they need it. My two don't have a tail pocket, and don't normally have mushy poops, plus they get a bath every two weeks.

No, but I always look cause sometimes there are "remnants" LOL and that is when she gets a wiping and she hates it!
