Chloe's Story...
Please welcome Chloe formally 292A to CEBR. Project Homeward Bound Chloe is 2 years old and came into CEBR from a puppy mill along with nine other dogs. She does give kisses, but is very timid and has not moved from her open crate since she came home. We will have more on her as we get to know her and once she's completely vetted!
