Hi my name is Carter, and I am 9 months young! They think I'm an olde English bulldog because I'm quite tall. I came to HBR by being surrendered by my owner because she had a baby and didn't have time for me any more, but my foster momma thinks that's silly because I am so gentle with her small children! I am all white with black dots on my skin, so I kinda look polka dotted! I very often have my little tongue sticking out, which everyone thinks is so cute. I am crate trained, house trained, and good with other dogs! I pull a bit on leash, but getting better every day! My foster family thinks I am a pretty amazing puppy, do you have room in your heart for me?
