INTAKE 3/24/18: Bowser comes to us after his original owner surrendered him to a vet's office. The vet gave him to someone to rehome and this gentleman wanted FEBR to get him the medical help he needs and then find a good fit!Bowser is intact and also has a double cherry eye that needs correcting. He also is suffering from skin issues most likely due to skin allergies. He is only 1 1/2 years old and we are told does well with other dogs and is quite playful. Bowser is also urinating an abnormal amount and we believe he may have a bad UTI.
