Bittersweet

Today Atticus walked down both flights of our stairs by himself.....He just bunny hopped his little self right down, and only stopped once...I was proud but I must admit I got a little teary....he just gave me this lookl like mom I'm a big boy now you're embarrassing me....I miss my little 9 lb ball of wrinkles...now I have a little muscle man....

Awe... They grow up fast and act all tough BUT trust me once something happens and he needs to be babied, that little baby DOES come back. hahahaha

My Usko didn't go down stairs by himself until 1year old. His breeder told us that it's better that way. Heavy build dogs can injure their bones when the growth plates are still soft.
