Birthday Today do you have recipe for a pupcake

Are pupcakes a bad idea? wheat free? Never done it before for any dog but Kain is one today so I want to do a photo shoot, presents and a treat.

Any suggestions welcomed, thanks.

Actually, have seen many make meat and mashed potato cake. Use the potato as the frosting. Just a thought. I think there r recipes posted in the recipe section too that you might use.

I don't know of any dog pup cake recipes, but the meat and mashed potato idea is a good one, and you can check under the recipe forum.

2 cups carrots, shredded
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
3 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oat
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
fruit, for garnish
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the carrots, eggs, and applesauce.

In another bowl, mix the cinnamon, oats, and flour.

Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until blended.

If you feel the mixture is too dry, add 1 - 2 tablespoons water.

Pour mixture into lightly greased muffin tins.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Cool completely.

Frost each muffin with a light swirl of peanut butter and top with fruit garnish of your choice.
